The championship was held in Horst-Korber Sportzentrum in Berlin, Germany, on July 19th and 20th 2019. Organizer was Vorspiel SSL Berlin. The tournament had 13 competing male teams and 1 team playing out of competition, making it bigger than any previous LGBT handball tournament.
Winner of the trophy was Pan Copenhagen.
